Excellent all around best farm store in the south. I'll drive out of my way to use just this location. That's how great all of these employees are to me, my family, and my hired hands. They remind me of the old feed store. I go by when I'm out running errands and look at what's new maybe spend a little maybe spend alot and sometimes not. Most times I get a cold d Pepsi and talk to the other customers like myself. It's more than a farm store, it's an real human interface for needed diy info, thus is my go to problem solving hub, it's awesome for local gardening and livestock advise and sharing.

Really like this location and wanted to give a shout out to Laura Sam! When we bought our first chicks, she took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us so much helpful advice. Now I always enjoy seeing her when I stop by the store. She's incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the animals and people she works with. Thank you for always being so friendly and helpful!

I found the dog treats I needed easily as they have a ton. And I checked out all the new chicks I cant have, lol. The store was a little busy, but they brought another cashier up and cleared it pretty quickly. I love shopping at all the TSCs.

My desire was to make my 2 acre lot into a mini-homestead and have used Tractor Supply for most of my needs. I have bought the top of the line chicken coops, trees, chickens, feed, straw and many other items besides and have always be treated with the upmost courtesy and professionalism, I have even built a common rapport with staff who have similar interest as myself. But this weekend left a very bad taste in my mouth, one which makes me happy that my home town of Greenbrier is about to open its own store because the Conway outlet really dropped the customer service ball this weekend. It started when I ordered a gun safe online. The ordering process was easy, and it is nice to see TS have sorted out their slow on-line server issues. During the order process, of which I selected in-store pick up, there was NO WARNINGS of vehicle prerequisites to facilita

If the dog food is available on the shelf, why would the earliest pick up be a week and a half out? Not to mention staff is extremely slow.
